Commercial kitchen & vegan café fit-out
Complete fit-out of a commercial café and professional kitchen, creating a fully operational food-service environment. Works included commercial kitchen installation, stainless-steel preparation areas, extraction coordination, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing and electrical alterations, suspended-ceiling works and the customer-facing café and servery area.
Lift shaft & reinforced concrete pit
Construction of a new commercial lift shaft and reinforced concrete lift pit, including extensive steel reinforcement, structural steelwork, blockwork construction and associated service coordination, ready for installation of the lift system.
Large commercial flat roof replacement
Large-scale flat-roof refurbishment including stripping back the existing roof construction, replacement decking where required, preparation of the roof structure and installation of a new weatherproof flat-roof system, with detailing around chimneys, penetrations, perimeter upstands and drainage.
Fire boarding & soundproofing
Fire-protection and acoustic upgrade works carried out as part of a commercial shop refurbishment. Works included fire-rated boarding systems, acoustic mineral-wool insulation, metal framing and ceiling construction, together with protection and boxing around structural elements and service areas.
New access ramp & railings
Construction of a new commercial access ramp to the store entrance, working from the proposed design through to completion. Works included forming the concrete ramp and landing, alterations to surrounding brickwork and installation of galvanised handrails and guarding.
