A major start-to-finish transformation combining extensive extensions, loft conversion work, a garage conversion, full internal renovation, high-spec finishing and landscaping. The project demonstrates DBM’s ability to coordinate a large residential build across structure, exterior, interior and completion.
Two extensions & outbuilding conversion
A substantial family-home transformation for Matt and Danni, combining two extensions with the conversion of an existing outbuilding. The project created a new bedroom and a much larger dining and family space, with rooflights, large glazed openings and full internal finishing.

Two new-build apartments above commercial premises
A major development project for Aaron Daniel in Henley-on-Thames, creating two completely new-build apartments above an existing commercial shop. The scheme involved substantial structural work to form the new residential accommodation, followed by the full construction and internal fit-out of one 1-bedroom apartment and one 2-bedroom apartment, together with a private roof terrace.
